ANSUZ
Known as “Odin’s rune,” Ansuz represents “the breath,” or “the word”, and is the letter A. Wearing Ansuz as an amulet, or displaying it upon the wall of your home, invites us to be mindful of the profound energy, strength, and power inherent in our words, which have the ability to shape and bring form to our reality. It stands as a symbol of divine communication between the mortal and the spiritual realms.
Being conscious and intentional with all forms of communication is paramount, for the things you speak or write can carry immense significance within your life, influencing your path and experiences. Ansuz serves as a reminder to temper our thoughts with calmness, clarity, and integrity so that when we open our mouths, we do so with wisdom and purpose. The All-Father’s sacred gift to us are the runes themselves, enabling us to connect and communicate with our higher selves as well as the higher realms. Beyond spoken and written language, Ansuz is also associated with other forms of creative expression such as music, drawing, and painting, where communication transcends words.
The artwork measures 15” x 20”
